Healthy ears are best left alone unless a vet has instructed otherwise, as unnecessary plucking can cause irritation. Likewise, anal glands should be expressed only by a veterinary professional when there is a medical need. We do, however, gently clean the outer ear flap to remove surface dirt. Once your pet is sparkling, we secure them with a comfy lead or harness beside us while we complete paperwork and take their finishing photo. Most owners collect within ten minutes of our text notification, so your dog remains calm and supervised at all times. If you’re delayed, we’ll provide a cosy bed, water and reassurance until you arrive safely back home happily.

We accept cash, all major debit and credit cards, and secure mobile payments such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. Bank transfer is also available for regular clients who prefer it. Full payment is due when you collect your dog, and we’ll provide an electronic receipt for your records. Unfortunately we cannot offer credit or delayed payment plans.
