Dead coat is brushed away, paws and pads are checked, and eyes receive a gentle tidy. Puppy First Groom Intro Session

A gentle introduction that sets young dogs up for a lifetime of relaxed grooming. We invite pups from twelve weeks onwards for a short, positive visit that includes a warm bath, low-noise dryer, soft brushing, nail tip check, and plenty of praise. The aim is confidence building, so we work slowly, let curious noses explore the equipment, and reward every small success. Owners receive aftercare advice to continue desensitising at home, ensuring future appointments remain happy events.
